I recently changed my Sim from STC Saw to STC Jawwy with a package for a month.
I am unable to use the package, internet is not working and also I cannot make any calls. App is not working as well on Mobile Data since Cellular Data is not working. I AM ONLY ABLE TO SEE MY PACKAGE IN THE APP ONCE I AM CONNECTED TO WIFI.
Please help me, me know what I can do to fix it.
