I bought 2 jawwy sim for me and my wife. We erquested a package 10gb for 1month renewable for 3 months. the first one i bought dont work anymore. when i check the bundle balance it said i still have 1gb left in my account and expire in 9 days but the internet is not working please advice what happened. The second simcard works fine.

The solution is so easy:
(1): contact jawwy support through live chat or email.
(2):.They will refresh your data.
(3): Just to restart your cell phone,.and enjoy jawwy services
