I Lost your phone I need same number sim from Jawwy but not get suffering from 2 week.

so many time talk with live chatting section. 

so many time go to STC store.

till not get the SIM replacement.

We are sorry about any issue, and you can get a replacement SIM/eSIM as follows:
• Physical SIM: Either through our online shop here: https://shop.jawwy.sa/hybrid/sim-replacement/p-2002341-51280132513-cat.html?_ga=2.243086273.21905035... or directly from any branch where the pick-up option is available.

• eSIM (Only available for hybrid numbers, not prepaid ones): Only through our online shop through this link and selecting the SIM type as eSIM: https://shop.jawwy.sa/hybrid/sim-replacement/p-2002341-51280132513-cat.html?_ga=2.243086273.21905035... (Not applicable from branches).

You must order it from the same email you used to order your original SIM, and the owner of the same number must receive it in order to authenticate it.

Moreover, the replacement SIM/eSIM costs 28.75 SAR including VAT, and you will need to authenticate the new replacement SIM in your same National ID/Iqama.

I try with this but message display  "the following MSISDN 966538006520 not active "

Also Two times i visit to STC branch but they sim not disconnected.

I need same number sim please help me in this matter.
