How to unjoin from mu account?

Hello , i need to join another account when i did , the application tells me i need to unjoin from my account to join another one
So how to unjoin ??

Can I remove a SIM from my account?

If you have just one SIM under your account you have to raise a request through Jawwy customer care to unjoin your number but you will lose all your benefit such as base plan, your balance, and the free offers such as friend offer and pioneer offer.

Note that we have checked the system and we couldn't find any account registered with your email.

kindly provide us with the correct email so we can update it on the system.

i remove from my account but still his plan showing in my plans how can i remove this
