After placing your order, you will receive the order number, then you can go to "my orders" on your account, then track the order.

Hello dear 🙂, thank you for contacting Jawwy from stc. You can easily track your order through the following steps:

From the website:
1- Go to Jawwy website here: https://www.jawwy.sa/content/jawwy/en/home.html and log in using the mobile number used to place the order and OTP.
2- Select “MY Jawwy” from the menu on the right side of the page.
3- Under “MY Orders” on the bottom right corner, click "SEE ALL". 
4- You can see all the orders placed; click "TRACK" next to the order you want to check its status.

From Jawwy 2.0 App:
1- Log in using the mobile number used to place the order and OTP.
2- Click “MORE” then “MY ORDERS”.
3- You can see all your orders placed; click "TRACK" next to the order you want to check its status.
