I have got my sim activated yesterday...  however i cannot find my phone number... how can i check it

Today I insert my new Sim and download the jawwy app in my phone. But when I open the jawwy app it will ask me to enter the number to login the app. I don't know my new number then will you please give me a solution to fix this problem
