Data not working?

my jawwy number 0539312084 ,data is not working so far , i was contacted customer care morethan 10times ,only weast of time, not getting a permenent solution, everybody telling doing refreshing my account , after some time will be ready  . but still not they  trouble shoot . Weast of money and time such a worst network .
