Addon data Not working since 2 days

MY 1+4 ADD ON NOT WORKING SINCE 2 DAYS 9 DAYS REMAINING. PLEASE HELP.
i AM ALSO NOT GETTING FREE 1GB DATA PROMISEDFOR 12 MONTHSAND 15GB FOR 3 MONTHS
