of course, you can transfer your number to Jawwy, and switching to us is easy. 

• Once you’ve added a SIM Card to the cart and clicked on checkout, you’ll be able to choose if you want to transfer your number or get a new one. 
• If you’d like to keep your current number, then select the ‘Keep my number’ option, select your operator and enter your mobile number. Then confirm your choice, select the shipping option and pay. 
• You will get an OTP to verify the number you want to transfer.
• After choosing the delivery or CnC option and filling the required details, an OTP will be sent to you to confirm your order.
• It is not available if the customer is having GCC National ID or Border number as valid ID. Customers with valid National IDD and Iqama is eligible.
• During the transfer, you’ll still be able to use your current SIM and network.  
• It will take a 2-4 working day from the submission of the request and the ID validation to process.

Thank you for your interest in Jawwy. For your own convenience, you can switch to Jawwy from our online store, and choose delivery and the SIM will be delivered to a location of your choice.

You can switch to Jawwy by following the steps below:-

•    Go to https://shop.jawwy.sa/sim-pack 
•    Chose “SIM Pack” to add it to Your Cart.
•    Then Click on “Checkout” in the cart.
•    On the Shipping page choose “Keep My Existing Number”. 
•    From there choose your current service provider (If the service provider name is not found, then we are sorry but you can’t switch to Jawwy). Write the number you want to transfer (make sure that the number is active and you are able to receive the one-time password to confirm the transferring request).
•    Complete your purchase process by the filling in your information such as address, delivery, and payment methods and you will receive a one-time message to confirm your order.
