Assalamu Alaikum,
Yesterday, on the 14th of February 2025, I ordered a Jawwy eSIM and made the payment. At that time, I received a message stating, "Your eSIM was activated and will be delivered soon." However, when I try to log in to the Jawwy 2.0 app, it shows a message saying, "Your number is not activated, please refresh."
I also tried to contact Jawwy customer support, but they are not responding. Has anyone else faced this issue? If you have any suggestions on how to resolve it, please let me know.
