Worst support I ever face

My jawwy sim after 2 weeks of use lost the signal and I can only make emergency calls
Then after chatting for two days with jawwy support they told to replace sim with extra 26 riyals.
After replacement of my sim the took extra 8 hours to disable my old sim.
After activation of my replacement sim I still can not make calls but I can receive calls.
Then again I start chatting with there zero support and they told me the we raise ur case to technical team and they will contact u in 48 hours.
And still after 48 hours my issue not solved
And now they are saying wait for another 48 hours.
So annoying,disturbing and zero support u have.
Becaus of them I face many issue in my job because form 4 days I can not make calls.
