Hello All,
I requested a new SIM under my name with replacing my old number. Old Number was under my husband Iqamah. the order was processed but at the time of delivery they needed my husband signature who was not present at that time.
The delivery person did not give me the product and went back saying call us to re-deliver. However, we received a message that our order is cancelled yet on Jawwy - track my order, it says ordered and processed (but not delivered). I guess it is still with the driver?
How do i resolve this issue? I need an urgent fix as the driver can use my sim without my approval.
