I order a sim on 14 oct and it's didnt recieved yet. i contact the support many times and their replay as usual " sorry for delay and you will recieve soon" . On 14th oct they give me SMSA tracking number and SMSA helpline number to contact. when i contact smsa ,they replied me that Jawwy submit the airway bill without sim.
I already paid for the sim and it's delayed more than 2 weeks. now the chat team is not responding. Any body can help me in this regard
