Hi,
I got my Jawwy sim today. I inserted the sim and installed the jawwy app for android. I'm trying to log in using my user account that I created on Jawwy website and the login is stuck on 'Setting up Account - Please wait'.
When I opened the Jawwy app to login, I got a message :Jawwy's app is active.itson:cAwAjjjwchwipoojknwjnwjdsn
Please help.

Can you please do the following the steps below:
1. Open your device settings.
2. Tap Apps & notifications.
3. Tap Jawwy from STC.
4. Tap Clear data. If you don't see "Clear data" tap manage space.
5. Delete Jawwy from STC app.
6. Turn off your device.
7. Remove any other SIM in the device, Have only Jawwy SIM in slot 1.
8. Turn on your device.
9. Download the app again using Jawwy’s SIM cellular data.

we apologize for any inconveniences. If your device is dual SIM please use Jawwy SIM only on the device and make sure that you turned off WiFi. Then using Jawwy SIM data try to launch Jawwy app.
