Jawwy App stuck at 'Setting up Account - Please wait'

Hi,

I got my Jawwy sim today. I inserted the sim and installed the jawwy app for android. I'm trying to log in using my user account that I created on Jawwy website and the login is stuck on 'Setting up Account - Please wait'.

When I opened the Jawwy app to login, I got a message :Jawwy's app is active.itson:cAwAjjjwchwipoojknwjnwjdsn

Please help.

With Jawwy, your life is easy and you have several ways of recharging your main balance as follows:

1- You can recharge your account through Mada/ Credit-card:

2- You can use SAWA e-Vouchers/top-up cards to recharge your account:

• Steps to use e-Vouchers on Jawwy App, please click "Here".
• Steps to use e-Vouchers on Jawwy Website, please click "Here".
• Dial *155*recharge PIN number#, then press 'Call'.

3- You can recharge using Sadad Bills through the Bank app/Online banking/ATM machine, please click "Here" for the steps.

4- You can recharge using Direct Mobile Recharge through the Bank app/Online banking/ATM machine (For only Alrahji bank and NCB accounts):
