Hi,
I got my Jawwy sim today. I inserted the sim and installed the jawwy app for android. I'm trying to log in using my user account that I created on Jawwy website and the login is stuck on 'Setting up Account - Please wait'.
When I opened the Jawwy app to login, I got a message :Jawwy's app is active.itson:cAwAjjjwchwipoojknwjnwjdsn

Regarding your concerns we have been checked the system and we found that the issue has been resolved and you can use the data.
And as we can see on the system the last time you have used the data was today.

I can see in the system that you don't have any activated SIM under your account kindly provide us with the serial number of the SIM and you Jawwy number:
Kindly try to Clear Cache and data for Jawwy app from the settings then delete Jawwy app and Restart the device after that turn off you Wi-Fi and use Jawwy SIM data finally download Jawwy app and activate your SIM following: How do I get started?

In order to start using Jawwy data you need to activate your SIM by following these steps:
If you do not have an iOS or Android above 4.2 Smartphone, then you can go to jawwy.sa and register there using the My Jawwy section.
