Is online recharge possible rather than using vouchers

I tried to recharge my Jawwy account with 100 riyal through mobile banking from Saudi Investment Bank (SIB) by been over 10 hours. it's still not credited into my Jawwy account and the amount from the bank has been deducted. So is it not possible to do online recharge??????

Hello @Shyamnath.

We are very sorry brother, but it is not possible to recharge through online banking. Our only recharge options on App/Portal are:

• Credit cards (Excluding Mada cards, American Express cards, and the credit card has to be issued in Saudi Arabia, no overseas credit cards are accepted) 
• Sadad Online.
• Top-up cards/EVs (Electronic Vouchers), plus (SAWA Vouchers).

Please contact your bank for a refund.
