Feeling Heart pain

I had a car acctident at last year then long time i was in coma.then Last year the 27th October 2020 i went for vacation to take rest at home. My jawwy sim was with me. After finish 4 month's vacation, last 22th February 2021 i came bace to ksa. Unfortunately my jawwy sim was not working till now. On the twitter & facebook messenger i requested Jawwy to activet my sim but till today Jawwy didn’t active my number i need help.
