Delivery issue

Hello jawwy community , I have some issues my old sim is damaged but I need the same sim because my everything is connected or linked in that sim but once I checked your delivery locations for sim replacement so my city turaif is not mentioned so my concern is either you have to add turaif in delivery location or you can just send my stuff on turaif location with extra charges I will pay extra just because I'm employee here I don't have much time to go your delivery
locationss so please do the needful in this regards.
I'm waiting for your prompt action.
