sim transfer from mobily to jawwy

please i need your suport to tranfer my sim netwrok from mobily to jawwy i already requested online and also get sim from jawwy but still my jawwy sim is not activated wating for your feedback....

Good morning, welcome to Jawwy from STC, Thank you for contacting us Salman khan, We would like to inform you that, once you submitted your fingerprint, the transferring process takes 8 business hours from 8:00AM till 4.00 PM so you have to keep using your current SIM till disconnected then you can activate Jawwy SIM.
