phone problem

So I own a shop and I have some workers  one of the workers took a vacation for 3 months and he should be coming back soon but I have been calling him to confirm the date but his phone is closed  so whats the deal here?

Look if he didn’t use it at all in those three months (90 days)

They probably disconnected it

But maybe his phone is off or he just forgot to charge it

No no if they did disconnect it you can call them within a month (30 days) from the day they disconnect the line  and ask them to reactivate the same number
