new sim received not working, what should i do next?

I Bought a New Sim (04-JAN-2019 / 28-05-1440 ) That day , he dispatch my sim but since that sim was not activate i check the sim to clarify ,i put the sim to my mobile but no signal and reply for sim not register what can i do this is for not my mistake once giving sim that time all details about sim when will activate, how to signal working any ather doubt to clarify to customers but still they give and no information to contact with customers give me the good reply about my sim activation (i was changed STC to JAWWY same number)
