Terminated benefits

I accidentally Removed by number from one of my mobile and then the message came that your unlimited social pack got terminated and now they are saying that this cannot be reactivated, how come this be possible, i have added 20gb + unlimited social pack + 3000min calls, from this only unlimited social pack got terminated. There should be a solution for this stupidity. Customer service should be for the solution not to deny customers help, i too have value for my money please solve this issue
