You can get a replacement SIM/eSIM as follows:
• Physical SIM: Either through our online shop https://shop.jawwy.sa/physical-sim/jawwy-sim-replacement/p-2002341-51280132513-cat.html#variant_id=2... or directly from any branch where the pick-up option is available.
• eSIM: Only through our online shop https://shop.jawwy.sa/esim/jawwy-esim-replacement/p-2002341-35413873209-cat.html#variant_id=2002341-... (Not applicable from branches).
• You must order it from the same email you ordered your original sim, and the owner of the same number must receive it in order to authenticate it.
Moreover, the replacement SIM/eSIM costs 28.75 SAR including VAT, and you will need to authenticate the new replacement SIM in your same National ID/Iqama when receiving it.
And if you need the email/password for your account to order it. You can easily contact our Customer Care team anytime throughout the week through our Social Media networks on Facebook and Twitter or by using Chat Support on the Jawwy website/app.
