You can switch to Jawwy by following the steps below:-
• Go to https://shop.jawwy.sa/sim-pack
• Chose “SIM Pack” to add it to Your Cart.
• Then Click on “Checkout” in the cart.
• On the Shipping page choose “Keep My Existing Number”.
• From there choose your current service provider (If the service provider name is not found, then we are sorry but you can’t switch to Jawwy). Write the number you want to transfer (make sure that the number is active and you are able to receive the one-time password to confirm the transferring request).
• Complete your purchase process by the filling in your information such as address, delivery, and payment methods and you will receive a one-time message to confirm your order.
Switching from STC will be done immediately if you give fingerprint successfully.
Switching from other service providers will take 2-4 business days from the time of successfully providing fingerprint when the order is received.
The only reason for refusing transfer request is ID mismatch. You will be able to subscribe to our bundles after your number is successfully transferred.
