Replacing Sim

Hi Everyone,

I want to change my Salam sim to Jawwy. Its all good. But when i come to final page on my Documents verification asks about the phone number. I have only 1 number in Saudi. All my accounts are related to it. I want to replace it. But they are saying that the number for verifications must be under ID. I have only one number. Please guide me how i can transfer this number to Jawwy.

Hi 🤝, welcome to Jawwy from stc,, you can use the same number as a contact number while ordering, it is applicable for Physical sim only. and you must use the same ID/Iqama number linked with the number while ordering.
