Refund money for cancel order not yet received

I ordered new Jawwy Sim with an order no: 200234183853797 , however it was cancel but i paid for the sim online on 21/02/2019. As on today 04/03/2019 there is still neither any update nor any refund. Please let me know

too much time..it is not 7 to 14 days...why not to say 14 after we can recieve our refund...there is no notification if my refund
