Poor & lazy support team

I have two packages,first one is combo 10 GB which i bought in 70 sr & second one is utube pass 1 GB daily data which i have bought in 50 sr...
My problem is that when i watch utube then my combo 10 GB data use while using utube ,not my utube pass data use ...
I have requested many time to support team that solve my problem but they didn't solved my problem yet ...it's very bad,poor & lazy support service.
