My data for jawwy package SAR.70 is not working?

I purchased Jawwy SAR. 70 Package and now I am wondering in Riyadh that my internet (Data) is not working now 11 remains to finish my internet data but no one can solve the problem, stc says your complain will be registered through support by net but till now no solution for me, is there any one who can help.
