My Jawwy sim (053 954 1161) stop working

Dear Admin,

        Since today morning 7th Nov-2019, my jawwy sim(053 954 1161) stop working. The network symbol in my phone is completely disabled and shows a message "Network disconnected, please check it" when I open any internet app such IMO or whatsapp, it seems sim is deactivated. Please troubleshoot the problem as soon as possible.
