Hi,
I landed in saudia for work and bought Jawwy sim from Airport (Dammam) on my issued border number .
I got my iqama now and STC store are not able to convert it into my IQAMA claiming some issue with system.
Couple of my friends also got same response in last six month and they ended up buying new simcard.
I visited three stores in Dammam/Khobar
1- stc store Gulf road
2- stc store Rashid Mall
3- Stc store Price Turkey store
I also made a complaint on this #5102204. My number is associated with multiple government facilities and changing to new number is a pain.
Appreciate if anyone can add or provide some support
