I got a jawwy sim when i bought a mobile from one shop.. i dnt know

-my number?
-do i have any balance in my sim?
-what is the help line number?
-how to check balance other than the application? *160#?

You should go to any of Jawwy activation points to provide your fingerprint. After that you can follow activation process: How do I get started?
