I cant register on the app

I have bought their SIM  and Im trying to  register my info on the app but it keeps saying check your log in name or password

It doesn’t make sense since it my first time registering on the app

Im getting frustrated here

Ohhhh I see whats your mistake you are trying to register with a new name but what you are supposed to do is register with the same name and account you used to buy the SIM itself

Did you get what I mean, so technically this isn’t the first time you registered with them , you did before  when you bought the SIM

You will get your unique referral code by email and SMS as soon as your first SIM is activated. You can also find the code under “My Profile” page. This referral code can then be relayed by you to friends and family. And it is valid for 90 days.
