I just noticed that I have two balance but I don’t remember buying another one Any one knows?

I really feel like  I ask too many question loolBut really I'm not a tech savvyI finally have bought the SIM But my question is how do I know that its ready?

I have bought their SIM  and Im trying to  register my info on the app but it keeps saying check your log in name or password It doesn’t make sense since it my first time registering on the appIm getting frustrated herePlease help

Sooo where do you buy this SIM ? where should I go?
