You can easily activate you SIM by following these steps: I have my SIM: what should I do to start using it?

Ones you insert the SIM in your device you will receive a welcome SMS with your number and link to download our app, and I will send you the number in direct message.

After you activate the SIM, your account balance will be shown on the main screen on our app or under My Jawwy at jawwy.sa, and you can track your usage by using our app or My jawwy at jawwy.sa to know more: How do I track my usage real time?
