Facebook login code not coming

I have a problem with receiving sms login code for Facebook all other social media sms comes except Facebook.
I noticed that when I put my friends JAWWY number he received the sms but when I put mine NO sms comes.
I contacted Facebook and no problem there also I contacted JAWWY thay said to contact Facebook when clearly it is a SIM problem.
Can someone help please
