Deducted twice support says I cannot get it back

I rechardged my sim for SAR70 last Jan 31, 2020 and it froze after I paid. There was no load on my phone so I retry it. Just now Feb 4 I found out that I was charged twice. I need to get my money back. The chat support says it cannot get it back anymore.
