Account barred from refill-0539383076

Sir,
I am Akhil, My jawwy number is 0539383076.
Today when I tried to recharge my jawwy account using an stc sawa recharge voucher, I entered the voucher number wrongly few times by mistake.
But after that it is showing that, My account is barred from refilling. Now I am unable to recharge my account by entering the correct voucher number also ..
Kindly help me to reset my jawwy account

Sir today i try to recharge my number 0539530437 through website but i did not receive balanve in my number
After that i try to rechage through my jawwy app now message shows "Account barred from refill"

Can i get my sawa card balance ?
