I'm unable login in application when ever I'm trying to go to the login option the application is closing and I'm back to home in my mobile and I even tried on other two mobiles to install app and try to login but it's happening same in every mobile I cannot login to activate my new sim

Dear i ordered esim from online paid my hard earned money 230 SAR for the bad service when i got my sim i can’t activate from app and website so i swaped my sim to physical after attempting chat support for multiple times now again same problem with physical sim also what should i do whom to ask will you refund my money i think i lost my plan also after swapping
