I have been contacting the support channels since 28Aug to unjoin a number from an account and left with no support at all. I purchased this sim as a guest customer since then system (web) never allowed me to login using guest account. I contacted the support for this and only received the advise to clear cache and browsing history. Then I purchased a new sim with another registered account with an intention to join the first one. I requested it on 28Aug at 21:35Hrs and until now nobody contacted or updated the account. I have been in touch with all the support channels to follow up and they promised me to wait until 48Hrs. Please assist to resolve this.
