Undelivered Sim

Hi, i ordered sim card package yesterday night but until now it wasnt delivered, if i want to collect if from branch is it possible and where i can collect it? Stc?

The delivery takes from day to 5 days so please you need to wait also you can not change and pick it up after choosing delivery.
