Unable to sign in from app

I tried to sign-up from jawwy app, but failed everytime. Then after I tried from browser n I succeed to sign up. So again I tried to sign in from app but again n again I failed.
Unable to recharge my line from app.
For me it's worst app.

You can connect wifi and recharge you account I’m also same problem sometimes use this method it’s working.
