70 plan already activated 5GB Balance .But now not working .why please help me!

  1. Are you able to make/receive calls?
  2. Is data on and WiFi off?
  3. Is there any error message when you try to use data?
  4. Since when you are facing the issue?
  5. Are there any Jawwy network bars on your phone?
  6. Can you enable flight mode for 30 seconds and try again?
  7. Have you tried to the SIM in another device? (Try another device)
