No more sms add ons

I did not subcribe to a new plan after my plan expires. And now i want to send sms but theres no add ons for sms nor add ons for national minutes or international minutes. Help

Hope all is well with you. My name is Naveen, a jawwy customer like you. Yes, I had a discussion over live chat with jawwy support on the subject ' Add Ons are no more available'. Awesome!! Linda, jawwy upgraded. With pay go credit, We the customers can call international numbers, and special numbers starts with 92 and 800 in KSA. In other words, this is really helpful for us. Do you know why? We dont need to activate different Add- Ons at a time. Pay Go credit is available from 5 riyals, which is truly appreciated. 

You know another thing, We can upgrade our basic plan of 200 mb and 20 national minutes to .5GB and 50 national minutes FOR FREE. i did this one today. It is really great yaar.

Trust me Linda, jawwy is superb. . I have transferred from stc to jawwy. And now i am really happy with them. I have several reasons for that. May I have the permission to explain briefly some of it...

1) sim price 60 riyals including mega bundle 10GB and 100 national minutes.. not over, 100 mb extra... still not finish, 200 mb and 20 national minutes.... still not complete, 5 riyals balance in account wallet.

But today i upgraded the basic plan of 200mb and 20 national minutes to .5gb and 50 minutes FOR FREE. Believe me Linda, No other provider offer this much. All this for just 60 riyals. Getting national minutes free calls should be really appreciated.

2) Data consumption is appreciated. Out of 10 gb, still i have 6 gb remaining. You know, I was really afraid when i use other sims. By watching youtube and all, data consumed very fast. But now; i am happy with jawwy. Enjoying songs through youtube while driving hehe.

3) Well said, It is really an application based sim. It is so user friendly.

4) linda, An upgraded monthly basic plan of 50 national calls and .5GB . No other provider offer this for 20riyals. 

5) You know one thing. Atleast jawwy support is active. Believe me, live chat is available 24*7 and. We will get reply within half an hour maximum.

6) Still there are more reasons, Why I love jawwy. I would honestly say, I am proud to be their customer.

Activate your SIM easily by following these steps:

Activation through Jawwy app,

1. Turn off your Wi-Fi and use Jawwy data. if you are using Dual SIM device, please use Jawwy SIM in the main slot and disable the 2nd SIM 
2. Download Jawwy app from play store. 
3. Login with your account on the app.

If it didn't work, please try to activate your SIM through Jawwy portal

1. Log in to Jawwy portal with your account: Jawwy.sa
2. Click here to go to activation page directly.
3. Fill the box with your jawwy number and the IMEI for your device. and you can find your IMEI by dialling *#06# .

if you face any issue while activating the SIM kindly provide us the error message that appear to you on Jawwy app and portal:

1. Call 123 and confirm if you hear the voice message from Jawwy
2. Did you receive the welcome message from Jawwy with SIM number
