Where did the add ons go ?

I'm opening the jawwy app several times in order to activate data add ons .. but there are no add ons available at the moment.Only youtube & some other stuff such as calls.What is the problem ? Because we need data.Thank you.

Internet is not working since 3 days

Hello jawwy customer care services I'm mohammed khan and my jawwy mobile number is 0539321304 since 3 days my internet is not working and i'm trying to contact customer care service but always fail .. please solve my problem thanks
