Hi,
I have ordered for porting from mobily to jawwy with 150sr package. I got a message from jawwy saying that my order is ready. I went collect it from store but everytime I visit they say transferring network is temporarily not available but if you need new sim we can provide you. Today from store they told me to cancel order and reorder with delivery option to your place. I'm trying to track my order but it says invalid order number or email. Is this error due to system down ? Please help me to solve this problem.
