If you still want to terminate your number and remove it from your ID, you can either request that directly through the app or your account on our website, or contact our customer care through Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter by clicking here. Our care team will require some information such as:
- Numbers to be terminated.
- Reason for termination.
- Answers to the security questions asked.
- Your contact details: Phone number and Email.
After reviewing your request, your line will be terminated.
Note: Your PayGo Credit, plans, and add-ons associated with that number will be forfeited. Your account main balance will remain valid for only one year. If you wish to use it again, you will need to join any Jawwy number to that same account, otherwise, it will be lost after the one year period.
