I want this sim register with my iqama number

How are you? When I recieve my this Jawwy sim card that time i provide your delivery man my iqama copy and My finger. But now i check in the system this SIM card not register with my Iqama number. Now im trouble to use STC Pay and my bank account. Please Can you advise me what should i do for this???? Plz need help.
