I am facing same issue although sim was issued on my Iqama but i received message couple days ago to activate sim and link to absher and now sim is blocked. i have contacted jawwy thru chat support but no response l. there is no helpline to call even

The same with me. Jawwy disconnected my other number even though the number is linked to my iqama as listed on argami list. I don't know what to do. The CS ignoring us. I can not make any phone call. All banks and absher are linked to the number. This is crazy and a shame to Jawwy. How could they treat customer this way.
