As I have understood that you want to transfer your number from MOBILY to SAWA, if it's correct, then you have to visit one of STC branch and raise a request to transfer it.
You can transfer your number to Jawwy from STC, Note that will be easier since you can make it online through the purchasing process.
To buy a new Jawwy SIM or transferring your number follow the bellow steps:
1- Register on Jawwy portal : https://sso.jawwy.sa/register
2- Log in and visit Jawwy shop : https://shop.jawwy.sa/sim-pack
3- Add the SIM to the cart.
4- Click on the cart then click on checkout.
5- Click on "get a new number" and choose your number from the drop-down list or choose "keep my existing number" to transfer your number.
6- Fill you address and choose the payment methods.
7- Click on continue to complete purchasing process.
Note that the transferring request takes up to 4 business days, during this period, you can use your current SIM card.
